GOLETA MEASURE M: SUPPORT
Approves bond measure to upgrade and repair Goleta Union Elementary School classrooms.
GOLETA MEASURE O: SUPPORT
Increases Goleta mayoral term from 2 to 4 years.
Proposition 14 Bond: SUPPORT
Allows State to borrow $5.5 billion for stem cell research.
Proposition 15: NEUTRAL
Increases funding for schools, etc. by taxing commercial and industrial property (valued over $3M) on current value and limits Jarvis (old "Prop 13") tax breaks there.
Proposition 16: SUPPORT
Repeals "Prop 209"; ends ban on Affirmative Action.

Grants those on parole the right to vote.

Gives citizens who are age 18 at General Election the right to vote in Primary Election at age 17.
