Increases funding for schools, etc. by taxing commercial and industrial property (valued over $3M) on current value and limits Jarvis (old "Prop 13") tax breaks there.

Proposition 16: SUPPORT

Repeals "Prop 209"; ends ban on Affirmative Action.

Grants those on parole the right to vote.

Proposition 18: SUPPORT

Gives citizens who are age 18 at General Election the right to vote in Primary Election at age 17.

Proposition 19: NEUTRAL

Expands the property tax rules for people over 55, people who are disabled, and people affected by a natural disaster, who would be allowed to keep their lower property taxes, when moving to a new home anywhere in the state, such as the Santa Barbara area, up to three times.

Proposition 20: OPPOSE

Imposes tougher sentences for parole violations and property crimes.

Proposition 21: SUPPORT

Expands local governments’ ability to impose rent control.

Proposition 22: OPPOSE

Exempts Uber and Lyft from providing benefits to drivers.

Proposition 23: SUPPORT

Regulates dialysis clinics.

Proposition 24: SUPPORT

Strengthens consumer privacy laws.

Proposition 25: SUPPORT

Ends cash bail.
